The slender Bronze Five delivers powerful, responsive bass lines that belie its stealthy appearance and surpass those of many much larger towers. Its 5 1/2” C-CAM® bass driver and 5 1/2” C-CAM® bass/mid driver are arranged in a two and half way system configuration, operating in separate acoustic chambers with front and rear firing HiVe ports to provide differential tuning for higher efficiency and greater low frequency extension. The Bronze Five’s low-distortion architecture expertly combines clean, expressive mid and high frequencies with punchy room-filling bass lines delivering a naturally rhythmic and addictive blend of large-scale dynamics and detail from a surprisingly unobtrusive tower.

BRONZE 5 AWARDED THE 'DIAPASON D’OR 2016'
The Diapason d’Or is given out every year to 11 exceptional speakers.
Diapason said “Very nice homogeneity. The sound is clear: quality of timbres, very good reproduction of stereo imaging and excellent definition. The dynamics, always extended and refined match fantastically the requirements of classical music."
Hot on the heels of its What Hi-Fi? Product of the Year award, the Bronze B5AV system has notched another success with a Best Buy Award from Home Cinema Choice magazine. Scoring a full five stars for performance, features and overall, it has reviewer Danny Phillips convinced. He says “For the price tag demanded, this sextet of cabinets proves rather spectacular. It’s rich in power and dynamics but with the overarching sense of refinement that characterises all of the company's output…This lucid, natural approach lets you lose yourself in the story without even realising there are speakers in the room. That's the measure of a great system…This is a tremendous entry-level offering, backing up its rousing, insightful sound with top-drawer design and build quality. It looks and sounds like it should cost a lot more than it does.”
The new Bronze 5 has put some distance between it and the BX5 with a stunning first-test result in Hi-Fi Choice mag. Following the excellent five-star review for the Bronze 2 in What Hi-Fi? Sound & Vision, David Vivian’s experience clearly reveals the audiophile nature and astonishing value offered by the new Bronze series. Awarding a Hi-Fi Choice recommended badge and a maximum five stars for sound quality, value, ease of drive and overall, he says “…Bronze 5 doesn’t come across like an incremental evolution of the BX5. Instead, it looks and sounds as if it should cost at least £1,000…straight away I’m hooked by the bijou tower’s powers of resolution and capacity to dig deep into a recording. The inner detail it captures can sometimes seem mesmerising…That such compelling clarity, grip, dynamics and enormous musical insight can be experienced from a slim box at a beer budget price is a powerful statement.”
